What you will do

• Own the strategy, execution, and outcomes for developer growth strategies across Europe.
• Partner with publishers, developers, emerging studios, and industry partners to drive platform adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and International teams to scale Roblox as a high-quality game development destination.
• Identify and quantify critical action items and conversation trends to impact regional product growth.
• Communicate regional risk factors and provide reports on the impact of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate.
• 6+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Proven experience launching technical products in international markets.
• Experience using Roblox Studio, Unity, Unreal Engine, or other game development engines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• BA or BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
