What you will do

  • Plan and run prospective-member sessions, member events, and partner gatherings from invitations through delivery and follow-up.
  • Identify and build relationships with Amsterdam restaurants, bars, hospitality groups, venues, and local brands.
  • Turn partner relationships into member benefits, activations, referral flows, and other collaborations.
  • Own the community calendar and partner pipeline, including outreach, logistics, delivery, and follow-up.
  • Measure member value, acquisition, usage, and learning from events and activations to decide what to repeat or change.
  • Work with the Netherlands Market Lead and UK Partnerships team, bringing Amsterdam market feedback into the wider business.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in hospitality, events, brand activations, community, or partnerships.
  • Experience taking events, activations, or collaborations from an initial idea through delivery and follow-up.
  • Strong relationship-building, organisation, resourcefulness, and follow-through.
  • Good knowledge of Amsterdam’s venues, operators, and communities.
  • Professional Dutch required for building relationships, with fluent English required for working with the wider team.
  • Willingness to work regularly from the Amsterdam office and attend partner meetings, events, and occasional evening or weekend commitments.

Culture & Benefits

  • Office-first working model with regular in-person collaboration and time spent in Amsterdam.
  • Structured progression, regular one-to-ones, clear feedback, and dedicated reflection time.
  • 27 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Regular team-building trips and activities.
  • €750 learning and development allowance.

Hiring process

  • Intro call of approximately 45 minutes, partly in Dutch.
  • Job Fit, practical/case, and values interviews, each approximately 60 minutes.
  • Right-to-work, reference, and relevant background checks; the full process usually takes 2–6 weeks.
