What you will do

• Maintain accurate financial records, including the general ledger, journal entries, and fixed assets.
• Manage bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded.
• Own the Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, AR aging, and collections.
• Handle Accounts Payable by processing new vendors, recording invoices, and preparing payments.
• Manage monthly and annual statutory filings and payments to tax authorities.
• Prepare trial balances for monthly closing and collaborate with external auditors for annual audits.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2/3) is mandatory.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks).
• Experience with Expense Management (Mesh, Payem) and payroll systems (Michpal).
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
