What you will do
- Own and expand the Adaptive Planning platform to create a comprehensive planning solution.
- Design and maintain core financial models within the system, including P&L and workforce planning.
- Lead the implementation of automated data flows from NetSuite and HR systems into Adaptive.
- Replace manual Excel-based processes with structured and automated system solutions.
- Act as the primary interface between FP&A and IT to ensure data integrity and define technical requirements.
- Establish and maintain data quality standards and process efficiency across the planning environment.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with enterprise planning systems such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Planful.
- Experience building complex financial models (e.g., P&L, workforce planning) within planning systems.
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes and financial data flows.
- Experience working with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, and integrating financial data.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with IT and data teams.
- Relevant degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a similar field.
