What you will do

• Translate business requirements into user stories and test scenarios.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release validation.
• Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Track defects and coordinate issue resolution activities.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Maintain Agile documentation and process artifacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile business analysis or testing roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise software delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with testing methodologies and issue tracking tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
