Salary: $253,000 - $330,000 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with network physicians and care teams to improve quality, outcomes, and total cost of care.
  • Translate performance gaps and data into clear, actionable clinical changes.
  • Coach providers 1:1 and in groups on evidence-based care and population health strategies.
  • Drive the adoption and effective use of Clover Assistant in real clinical workflows.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, and Provider Success to align clinical and business goals.
  • Mentor market-level clinical leaders to drive performance across the network.

Requirements

  • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted license and board certification (Primary Care preferred).
  • 5+ years of clinical practice experience.
  • Experience in value-based care, population health, or risk-based models (MSO, ACO, MA).
  • Proven ability to influence and coach peer clinicians.
  • Proficiency with EMRs, clinical tools, and technology-enabled care models.
  • Must be based in or able to visit providers within Northern New Jersey.
