Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 Annual

What you will do

• Create compelling web content aligned with overall content and media strategy and internal client requirements.
• Draft detailed briefs for freelance or agency partners and edit long-form content for web and discoverability best practices.
• Develop branded content including blogs and articles to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to generate content ideas that improve brand discoverability.
• Support the development and management of a content calendar spanning multiple lines of business.
• Apply campaign analysis and data insights to iterate and maximize content performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or High School diploma/GED plus 6 years of experience writing digital content).
• 3+ years of experience writing digital content.
• Expertise in SEO copywriting, including keywords, title tags, and meta descriptions.
• Understanding of emerging criteria for LLM discoverability and AEO.
• Experience using AI tools for content tasks with human oversight.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship is provided.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Fintech or Financial Services industry.
• Exposure to cross-channel journey planning.
• Experience working within Agile or Kanban project management frameworks.
• Knowledge of content KPIs and web content performance measurement.
