What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, driving their growth, roadmap, and execution.
• Define multi-year product vision for Okta Privileged Access, outpacing competitors.
• Contribute hands-on to product specs, technical architecture, and customer documentation.
• Identify opportunities to integrate PAM deeply into Okta Identity platform.
• Act as PAM expert in customer engagements, sales, and industry events.
• Align cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, and Product Marketing.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Traditional PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea) and/or Modern Infrastructure (HashiCorp, Teleport)
• 5+ years managing Product Managers, scaling teams with technical excellence.
• Hands-on knowledge of SSH, RDP, Kubernetes, Secrets Management.
• 10+ years PM experience in Security or Identity, shipping SaaS at scale.
• Strong communication for DevOps and C-level audiences.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related; MBA plus.
