What you will do

• Design and maintain systems for declarative application and infrastructure lifecycle management, including Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
• Improve delivery pipelines, database migrations, and operational tasks to enhance stability.
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies to govern authentication and authorization across cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with technical leads and data scientists to maintain a scalable platform for global workloads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of programming experience in Python, Go, or Shell Script.
• 5+ years of AWS Connect (VoIP) experience in administration and troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience deploying cloud resources in AWS and GCP via IaC.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD toolsets.
• Must be based in the USA.
