Salary: 6,000 to 10,000 EUR/month (Gross)

What you will do

• Prototype AI models, agentic systems, prompt strategies, and fine-tuning.
• Build, containerize (Docker), and deploy RESTful APIs into production.
• Explore and preprocess raw datasets and design data labeling strategies.
• Monitor production performance and conduct ablation studies to iterate on product impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Product, Design, and DevOps teams.
• Interpret data clusters and insights to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on LLM-related projects or generative agents.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Python programming.
• Knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and React fundamentals.
• Proven experience developing RESTful APIs and using Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Solid Linux and DevOps skills, including Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret results and drive product decisions.
