What you will do

• Lead a team developing bare-metal, Zephyr, Linux, and Android driver solutions for audio and haptic DSPs.
• Ensure on-time execution and high outgoing quality across customer programs and internal deliverables.
• Manage capacity planning, recruiting, onboarding, and talent development for the engineering team.
• Partner with marketing and program management to align team priorities with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in technology, process, and execution practices through dashboards and reviews.
• Mentor technical talent and build succession plans to ensure long-term team resilience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in embedded, systems-level, or low-level software development.
• 5+ years of technical people-management experience.
• Strong expertise in embedded driver development and platform bring-up (Bare-metal, RTOS, Linux, Android, Zephyr).
• Must be able to access technical data without a requirement for an export license.

Nice to have

• Experience with audio, haptics, DSP-based systems, codecs, or amplifiers.
• Background supporting smartphone, wearable, gaming, automotive, or consumer electronics platforms.
• Familiarity with open-source software compliance and security practices.
• Experience with automated unit, integration, or system-level testing for embedded software.
