What you will do

• Develop scalable and reliable software solutions with a strong focus on Go.
• Implement and manage observability and monitoring using OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, and Tempo.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using Ansible.
• Analyze complex technical problems to deliver high-performance distributed systems.
• Collaborate with international partners to deliver tech solutions across various industries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience focusing on Golang.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus).
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation with Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, design patterns, and distributed systems.
• English: B2 level minimum.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate within Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration via Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
