Director of Product Management, Platform & Infrastructure (AI)

Location: Onsite five days per week at the headquarters in San Mateo, California, United States, with 25–30% travel to customers. Relocation assistance is available.

Annual base salary: $240,000–$290,000, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the Cloud Platform & Infrastructure product roadmap, converting customer and sales pain into prioritized outcomes, user stories, and success criteria.
• Define and deliver air-gapped and self-hosted hirify.global On-Prem offerings, including releases, onboarding, runbooks, pilots, and rollouts.
• Lead cross-functional programs with cloud engineering, SRE, security, compliance, legal, sales, customer success, deployment engineering, and executive leadership.
• Manage release planning, scope decisions, customer expectations, feedback, and defect routing into engineering backlogs.
• Translate FedRAMP, CJIS, and other regulatory requirements into product and operational requirements and coordinate certification-readiness programs.
• Create internal playbooks and enable go-to-market teams to communicate platform capabilities and value to customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product experience shipping cloud platform, infrastructure, developer-facing, or adjacent technical products.
• Demonstrated success turning customer pain into prioritized roadmaps and delivering cross-functional programs without formal authority.
• Experience shipping products under regulatory constraints, such as FedRAMP, CJIS, DoD RMF, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, or financial regulations.
• Track record of improving reliability, scalability, security, and/or cost through platform features.
• Strong program management, stakeholder influence, written communication, verbal communication, executive briefing, and external auditor engagement skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder; employment-based visa or permanent residency sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with FedRAMP, CJIS, or DoD RMF.
• FAA Part 107 certification, or willingness to obtain it within the first 60 days; certification is required for certain positions.
