What you will do

• Design and implement Okta WIC features like SSO, MFA, and Adaptive Authentication.
• Integrate Okta with SaaS, cloud, and on-premises applications using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Configure Okta Lifecycle Management for provisioning/deprovisioning and JML processes.
• Implement Okta Identity Governance for access requests, reviews, certifications, and entitlement management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end IAM solutions and manage client engagements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support while maintaining client relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Technical Consultant delivering enterprise IAM solutions
• Proven experience with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC)
• 2–4+ years hands-on with Okta, including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and integrations
• Experience with Okta Identity Governance features like access certifications and governance workflows
• Solid knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and integrations with AWS, Azure, GCP
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for technical and business stakeholders

Nice to have

• Okta certification (Professional, Administrator, or Consultant), preferably OIG badge
• Experience with Okta Identity Engine and advanced authentication
• Knowledge of SailPoint, CyberArk, or other IAM/IGA tools
• Familiarity with SOX, ISO, GDPR, RBAC, and scripting/API integrations
