What you will do

• Perform high-precision PCBA soldering, rework, and component replacement.
• Build wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electro-mechanical units.
• Assemble and integrate avionics hardware and test equipment according to engineering drawings.
• Execute manufacturing processes for prototype and development builds.
• Maintain and set up tooling, fixtures, and ESD-compliant work environments.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify and resolve build issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in avionics technicians or electronics manufacturing.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and wiring harness drawings.
• Expertise in soldering and PCBA rework following IPC-610 and IPC-620 standards.
• Experience working in ESD-controlled environments.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements.
• Ability to work extended hours/weekends and travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace or defense industries.
• Rework experience on fine-pitch or high-density PCBAs.
• Experience with flight hardware or prototype systems.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
