What you will do

• Deliver simulator and classroom instruction on assigned aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, and pilot qualifications.
• Conduct professional pre‑ and post‑flight simulator briefings according to hirify.global standards.
• Maintain accurate training records and recommend remedial training when required.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the development and maintenance of curricula and courseware.
• Work towards qualifying as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman after approximately 1.5 years.

Requirements

• Must be typed on Phenom 300.
• Hold, or meet qualifications to obtain, an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating.
• Authorized to live and work in the United States.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Must participate in the DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
