What you will do

  • Manage the Dutch compliance ecosystem, including 30% rulings via Belastingdienst, IND visa sponsorships, and UWV communications.
  • Act as the primary People Ops contact for Spain, Italy, Denmark, and Austria, processing local contracts and policies.
  • Provide "soft-landing" relocation support for international hires moving to the Netherlands and other European markets.
  • Maintain the HiBob HR system with high accuracy to ensure seamless payroll preparation and reporting.
  • Resolve internal HR inquiries and tickets via the Jira system.
  • Lead the Physical Wellbeing program and guide new parents through their parental leave journeys.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a People Ops or HR Generalist role.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands.
  • Solid foundation in Dutch HR administration (IND, UWV, 30% ruling).
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive confidential data.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HiBob and Lattice.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, German, Italian, Danish, or Spanish.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced international scale-up.
