What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including contract administration, employee lifecycle changes, and leave management.
  • Prepare and validate employee data to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and the application of employment legislation.
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote an inclusive, high-performing culture.
  • Ensure consistent application and compliance with local employment laws and internal HR policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Amsterdam.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Dutch or other European languages.
  • HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, or local equivalent.
