TL;DR

Sales AI Engineer (AI/SaaS): Building and operationalizing AI-powered workflows to embed AI across the sales workflow with an accent on reducing manual work and improving decision-making. Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or in San Francisco/New York hubs)

Salary: $140,000 - $296,000 USD

What you will do

  • Build and operationalize AI-powered workflows for sales reps and managers, focusing on account insights and CRM hygiene.
  • Integrate GTM stacks using APIs and automation platforms to ensure reliable data flow and execution.
  • Apply LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) pragmatically by building quality checks and monitoring for production trust.
  • Partner with SalesOps and GTM Systems to align on requirements, governance, and deployment.
  • Create reusable patterns, agents, and connectors to enable distributed adoption across the organization.
  • Define success metrics and iterate on workflows based on real usage and business impact.

Requirements

  • Experience shipping production-grade automations or internal tools across GTM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience building LLM-powered workflows with a proven ability to ensure quality and safety.
  • Strong coding ability and proficiency with SQL and operational data.
  • Strong product instincts to translate ambiguous needs into adopted, shippable solutions.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with agentic patterns and experience monitoring AI workflows in production.
  • Experience building internal Slack tooling or CRM-embedded experiences for sales teams.
  • Deep Salesforce development depth or equivalent CRM engineering experience.
