IT Support Trainee

TL;DR

What you will do

• Resolve basic support tickets and fulfill common service requests;
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and access issues;
• Set up and configure new user accounts, devices, and workstations;
• Assist with setup and repair of computer equipment;
• Support IT team on enterprise applications and projects;
• Help with mobile device management under supervision;
• Document IT procedures to build internal knowledge;
• Contribute ideas to improve support processes.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or related field (or equivalent practical experience);
• Strong interest in IT support and operations; eager to learn;
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace;
• Ability to troubleshoot common technical problems;
• Good communication skills for non-technical users;
• Organized, proactive, and curious about new technologies;
• AI proficiency at Explorer Level 1 (uses AI daily for productivity).
