What you will do

• Define and implement development strategy for medium-caliber ammunition.
• Lead design, testing, qualification, and industrialization activities.
• Manage R&D priorities, resources, departmental budget, and production line definition.
• Oversee modelling, simulation, performance optimization, and test campaigns.
• Approve technical baselines, configuration changes, and provide technical presentations.
• Support business development with technical expertise.

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of ammunition design.
• 11–15 years of experience in medium-caliber ammunition design with leadership exposure.
• BSc in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or similar.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced CAD and simulation expertise.
