What you will do

• Oversee integration of subsystems into Dismounted Soldier System ensuring compatibility and specifications adherence.
• Coordinate with hardware and software teams for seamless component interoperability.
• Lead development and execution of test plans for system-level, integration, and field testing.
• Conduct system validation and verification to meet performance and functional requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve them with engineering teams.
• Implement configuration control and use tools for document and change management.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide updates to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred); PMP or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 15 years in system engineering focused on integration, testing, and configuration management.
• Experience in Dismounted Soldier Systems, military systems integration, or combat systems.
• Proficiency in test planning, execution, reporting, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with integration tools, software configuration management, and military specifications/standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with military systems, field testing, or defense technology.
• Knowledge of automation tools for testing and configuration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
