What you will do

• Plan and prepare maintenance activities in the hangar and workshop to ensure minimal aircraft and component turnaround time.
• Manage resource planning and maintain customer relations to support daily flight operations.
• Collaborate with the management team, including the Maintenance Operation Manager, planners, and shift leaders.
• Contribute to MOE changes and the development of operational procedures based on customer or organizational input.
• Oversee aircraft Line and Base maintenance operations in the UAE.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Aircraft Technician with deep knowledge of civil and military maintenance regulations.
• Proven experience in leadership and management roles.
• Expertise in Part-145, Part-CAMO, and Part-M requirements.
• Proficiency in using technical reference materials, including maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and engineering drawings.
• Fluent technical English with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass a security vetting process (citizenship obligations may apply).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Bombardier Global 6000 or similar aircraft.
