Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or work from Minneapolis, MN or Appleton, WI (minimum 3 days on-site)
Salary: $85,613 - $115,830 per year

What you will do
- Develop, integrate, test, and debug software application components.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for proprietary and vendor-provided applications.
- Execute system upgrades and new development projects to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders using agile methodologies.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for production system support.
- Mentor other Application Engineers to enhance team technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional technical experience.
- Proficiency with development languages and software tools.
- Experience with vendor package implementation and integration.
- Must be able to work on-site in Minneapolis, MN or Appleton, WI at least 3 days a week.
