What you will do

• Plan and program detailed layouts for building types, ensuring functionality and structural integrity.
• Coordinate civil, structural, and MEP engineering into unified architectural designs.
• Model in Revit to create high-fidelity designs, construction documents, and integrated deliverables.
• Execute design tasks independently while aligning with project goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for design consistency and quality.
• Prepare presentations using Bluebeam and rendering tools; travel to sites as needed with valid driver's license.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years professional architectural design experience in complex building layouts.
• High proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam; experience with rendering software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record.

• Experience leading small teams or as task lead.
