What you will do

• Design and validate electronic hardware test solutions for PCB and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Develop and build Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test processes for new product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, mechanical, QA) from concept to pilot production.
• Debug hardware issues and implement continuous improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage day-to-day project tasks, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
• Apply SAFe principles to optimize workflows and reduce design cycle times.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• Strong understanding of analog, digital, and embedded hardware principles.
• Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DVMs, and logic/protocol analyzers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in global project environments.
