What you will do

• Develop and deliver systems for the incident lifecycle, including automated ingestion, detection, and validation.
• Build AI agents to discover road closures and navigate proprietary hirify.global signals.
• Design and scale high-volume, low-latency backend services to support a rapidly growing customer base.
• Implement streaming pipelines capable of processing petabytes of geospatial data.
• Collaborate with the MapGPT team to evolve feedback agents using real-time customer insights.
• Maintain operational excellence through rigorous testing, monitoring, and on-call support.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building scalable high-volume low-latency backend services.
• 3+ years of experience building streaming pipelines for petabytes of data.
• Experience applying GenAI and LLMs to extract insights from unstructured data.
• Proficiency in building search and ranking systems using semantic search and embeddings.
• Ability to work with Python, NodeJS, TypeScript, C++, and AWS (CDK, ECS, Fargate, Lambda).
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
