Location: Hybrid working based in Bristol, UK (3 days per week onsite)

What you will do

• Apply Systems Engineering tools and methodologies across the full product lifecycle.
• Translate product vision into structured requirements using Use Cases, Context Diagrams, and System Architectures.
• Develop functional, logical, and behavioural system architectures using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define work packages and resolve technical challenges.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Systems Engineers across various levels of experience.
• Influence stakeholders and support the integration of Systems Engineering processes across the business.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of practical Systems Engineering experience in a comparable environment.
• Strong understanding of best-practice Systems Engineering methodologies.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven industries.
• Ability to lead technical activities and drive delivery without direct authority.
• Must be able to work hybridly in Bristol, UK (3 days onsite).

• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment or other highly regulated technology sectors.
