What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services.
• Define and maintain clear API contracts and specifications.
• Build integration components and backend services using Python.
• Design and maintain database schemas and write efficient, scalable complex queries.
• Deploy, configure, and operate services within Azure cloud environments.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary Scrum team and contribute to code reviews with a coaching mindset.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python backend development.
• Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, and Pytest.
• Solid understanding of backend architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Ability to design and maintain database schemas.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Ability to create reusable prompts, templates, and repository-level AI instructions.
