What you will do

• Develop high-quality code using Java 11, GCP, and a modern microservices stack (Kafka, Redis, ElasticSearch).
• Actively participate in product definition, ideation, and architectural design processes.
• Deliver business value continuously within a fully agile organization using Kanban practices.
• Own and monitor the performance of technical and product OKRs.
• Mentor junior team members to improve technical excellence and share expertise.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Senior Java Software Engineer.
• Proficiency with Java 11, Maven, and Oracle databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with messaging and search technologies like Kafka and ElasticSearch.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
