Location: Must be based in Ukraine, Poland, or Croatia

What you will do

• Create and edit interface and procedural documentation, including user guides, installation guides, and release notes.
• Ensure technical documentation conforms to publication standards such as Microsoft, Apple, and Chicago.
• Develop documentation templates from scratch and update existing ones.
• Interview subject matter experts to obtain precise technical details for projects.
• Estimate documentation development efforts and coordinate deadlines with project management.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior information developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in software documentation.
• Deep knowledge of software terminology and the interdependence between DDLC and SDLC.
• Proven experience in UX writing and setting up documentation processes.
• Advanced level of English and German languages.
• Legal right to work in Ukraine, Poland, or Croatia.
