What you will do

• Process and validate content-relevant data received from suppliers and internal managers.
• Prepare and enrich product texts, images, and videos according to specific content guidelines.
• Write and review SEO-optimized product descriptions to enhance sales performance.
• Create articles in the shop system and ensure accurate data entry.
• Brief and coordinate external agencies and photographers.
• Collaborate with Shop Operations, Vendor, and Brand Management teams.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills (minimum C2 level).
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented way of working.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Krakow office (Hybrid).
• High affinity for e-commerce and an interest in pet products.

Nice to have

• Initial experience in an editorial or content-related environment.
• Experience with CMS, ERP, or e-commerce shop systems.
• Basic knowledge of image processing and visual marketing principles.
