What you will do

• Develop and evolve the core platform repository for modular agent architecture across orchestration and retrieval layers.
• Build multi-tenancy architecture to ensure cross-client isolation and config-driven deployment without code forking.
• Own the end-to-end conversation logging system and knowledge base ingestion pipelines (scraping, embedding, indexing).
• Design and maintain the AI eval suite, including scenario design, automated scoring, and regression CI gates.
• Create onboarding automation scripts to enable new customer deployments in under 30 minutes.
• Optimize platform APIs to meet latency targets (P95 < 1.5s) and implement structured logging for observability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience building production-grade backend systems in Python.
• Proven track record with multi-tenant system design and owning shared infrastructure layers.
• Experience building evaluation harnesses for LLM-based systems using quantitative metrics.
• Proficiency with LangGraph, FastAPI, Pydantic, PostgreSQL (pgvector), and AWS.
• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with voice agent systems (Twilio, PSTN, LiveKit) and latency-constrained environments.
• Familiarity with multi-model evaluation comparing OpenAI, Anthropic, and Mistral.
• Prior experience in self-storage, property management, or regulated verticals.
• Knowledge of IP-aware architecture or software patent documentation.
