Salary: $218,400 — $300,300 USD (Zone 1-4)

What you will do

• Lead a team of 5 FLMs managing ~60 Solution Architects, handling hiring, training, and growth in a high-growth environment.
• Drive customer success in Media segment by delivering outsized value with hirify.global platform.
• Maintain robust hiring pipeline and establish cross-business relationships for team and customer success.
• Partner with sales leadership to hit revenue and consumption targets.
• Keep team ahead of technical curve in enterprise software, big data, data engineering, and data science for Media industry.

Requirements

• 10+ years in data space (data warehousing, big data, machine learning)
• 5+ years architecting data-driven solutions for major Media accounts; deep knowledge of ad tech, martech, sports data, clean rooms
• 5+ years building and leading technical pre-sales teams (hiring, onboarding, enabling)
• Deep technical understanding of Data & AI impact in Media and Entertainment.
• Experience scaling industry assets globally and acting as trusted advisor to technical executives.
• Strong architectural influence to guide complex solutions that scale.
