What you will do

• Lead presales, discovery phases, and workshops with customers to define key business and product requirements.
• Manage project scope and requirements, analyzing impacts and dependencies across various teams.
• Create comprehensive business requirements, user stories, mockups, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the development team through backlog grooming and technical solution design.
• Coordinate regular communication between internal stakeholders (Product, Account Management) and external partners/customers.
• Prepare UAT scenarios, conduct validation cases, and perform User Acceptance Testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 3+ years specifically in the Fintech field.
• Proficiency in writing User Stories, Use Cases, Functional/Non-Functional requirements, and system diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with Restful APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, UML, and BPMN.
• Deep understanding of financial, legal, and government regulations for Fintech products in the USA and Europe.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise software development or the broader finance domain.
• Track record of delivering desktop, mobile, and web applications.
• Experience with successful system integration projects.
