TL;DR
IT Analyst (SAM/Fintech): Maintaining and developing the Software Lifecycle experience for service areas within a financial project with an accent on data accessibility, compliance, and obsolete software mitigation. Focus on collaborating with stakeholders to resolve lifecycle issues and ensuring accurate software asset management reporting.
Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)
Salary: 800-1050 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do
- Maintain and develop the Software Lifecycle experience to ensure processes and data remain accurate and aligned with business needs.
- Provide Software Lifecycle data to customers to support transparency, decision-making, and compliance.
- Investigate cases related to obsolete software and help Service Areas understand risks and mitigation actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and application owners to guide them through remediation steps.
- Participate in audits within the Software Lifecycle domain by providing documentation and subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Software Asset Lifecycle Management (SAM) processes and activities.
- Good understanding of IT architecture, software processes, governance principles, and hardware environments.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Proactive, self-driven attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa.
Nice to have
- Experience with Flexera tools such as FlexeraOne, FlexNet Manager Suite, or Data Platform (ITAM and ITV modules).
- Proven experience in Software Asset Management roles.
