What you will do
- Launch paid campaigns on ABM platforms, build and iterate ad creatives and copy weekly.
- Set up tracking, audiences, and conversion events; ship two experiments per day on average.
- Personalize 1:1 and 1:few campaigns for strategic accounts, tailor landing pages and messaging.
- Coordinate with ABM and sales teams on account targeting.
- Log experiments in team tracker with hypothesis, setup, outcomes, and short async recaps.
Requirements
- 1-3 years hands-on paid acquisition or ABM execution experience; personally launched campaigns.
- Comfortable with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, AdRoll; set up tracking, UTMs, conversion events independently.
- Familiar with Figma, Canva or similar for ad variations.
- Strong written English; work asynchronously across time zones.
- Preference for shipping small tests with clear weekly targets and fast feedback.
