What you will do

• Improve and enhance queryless exploration workflows for telemetry data.
• Lead projects from concept to implementation, managing the full lifecycle of feature delivery.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate Drilldown plugins into the broader Grafana ecosystem.
• Mentor team members and engage in high-level architectural design conversations.
• Participate in shared on-call rotations to ensure service reliability.

Requirements

• Deep experience building frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
• Proven track record of taking ideas from brainstorming to polished, production-ready UIs.
• Strong expertise in automation-based testing, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, collaborative environment.
• Must be based in Spain, Sweden, Germany, the UK, or Ireland.

• Experience with Open Telemetry.
