TL;DR

Senior Frontend Developer (AI/Angular): Building and optimizing frontend experiences for AI-driven Contact Center and Unified Communications products with an accent on AI Agents and Agent Assist tools. Focus on developing scalable frontend architecture, integrating with backend AI services, and ensuring high usability and accessibility.

Location: Must be located in Portugal (Hybrid: Coimbra, with future offices in Aveiro and Porto)

What you will do

  • Design and develop scalable frontend solutions for AI-powered experiences like AI Agents and AI Builder.
  • Build responsive and reusable web interfaces using Angular or similar frameworks, integrating with backend AI services.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure high usability and accessibility standards.
  • Contribute to frontend architecture and subsystem-level technical design decisions.
  • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser behavior.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in frontend software development.
  • Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Proficiency in modern frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and GraphQL.
  • Deep understanding of state management, reusable components, and performance optimization.
  • Must be located in Portugal.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-powered products, virtual agents, or builder-style applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering standards.
