TL;DR

PeopleXD Payroll & Workforce Management Consultant (HRIS): End-to-end implementation and optimization of PeopleXD platform for compliant payroll and workforce management with an accent on system configuration, business rule translation, and integrations. Focus on leading requirements discovery, designing modules, executing testing and parallel runs, and supporting go-live and adoption.

Location: London, UK or Dublin, Ireland (hybrid with telecommuting possibilities)

What you will do

  • Lead requirements discovery sessions and design/configure PeopleXD Payroll, WFM, and Absence modules.
  • Translate business rules into system logic, including pay calendars, workflows, and controls.
  • Support data migration, reporting automation, and integrations with finance/third-party systems.
  • Plan SIT, support UAT, lead payroll parallel runs, and manage go-live and hypercare.
  • Deliver training for adoption, identify optimizations, and assist with managed services transition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering Payroll and/or WFM modules on enterprise HR systems.
  • Hands-on configuration with PeopleXD or similar complex platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll controls, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Consulting skills to lead workshops and translate business needs to technical solutions.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with Access Group PeopleXD/CoreHR.
  • Public sector or multi-stakeholder implementation experience.
  • Exposure to APIs and system integrations.
  • Degree or equivalent professional experience.
