What you will do
- Coordinate subsystem bring-up for flight controllers, onboard computing, sensors, and power systems.
- Diagnose and resolve system-level issues across hardware, firmware, and embedded software.
- Design and execute verification and validation strategies for lab, simulation, and real-world environments.
- Develop automated testing procedures and reporting tools using scripting frameworks.
- Build and maintain HIL/SIL environments for simulation-driven testing and fault injection.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (AI, robotics, electronics) to improve release quality and CI/CD.
Requirements
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Embedded Systems, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in integration and testing of UAVs or aerospace technologies.
- Mandatory experience within the Defense sector.
- Experience with flight control systems (PX4 or ArduPilot) and embedded protocols (CAN, UART, SPI, I2C).
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or C/C++ for automation and scripting.
- Professional level of English required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of simulation tools such as Gazebo, AirSim, or MATLAB/Simulink.
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments and test automation methodologies.
