Senior Go Developer

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable backend services for a global mobility and urban services platform.
• Lead technical research, architecture design, and implementation of backend services and new features.
• Own the full service lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, production support, and observability infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders through code reviews, architectural discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Write production-ready code, improve engineering practices, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial backend engineering experience in high-load environments.
• Expert-level Go, including generics, reflection, unsafe, and custom synchronization primitives.
• Strong SQL skills covering schema design, replication, partitioning, sharding, and query optimization.
• Deep knowledge of Redis, microservice architecture, and synchronous and asynchronous inter-service communication.
• Experience with observability, including metrics, logging, dashboards, and distributed tracing.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes or equivalent platforms, cloud infrastructure, Git, and automated testing.
