What you will do

• Lead, represent, and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to all stakeholders.
• Act as the CEO of the hosting product and own the P&L.
• Scope and prioritize product activities based on business needs, customer impact, and industry trends.
• Advocate for the user by articulating their needs to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Take leadership of the team, including hiring, evaluating, and mentoring Product Managers.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure goals are met.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving business growth for a B2C SaaS product.
• Experience in hiring, shaping, and leading teams of highly skilled professionals and managers.
• Technical background or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong financial comprehension and a sense of ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
