What you will do

• Define and execute an AI and data strategy aligned with business priorities to drive revenue, productivity, and customer retention.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from ideation and business case development to delivery and adoption.
• Oversee data science, machine learning, and data engineering teams to build scalable, reliable, and high-quality AI platforms.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to translate business needs into impactful data solutions.
• Champion the use of AI tools across the organization to build a data-driven culture and improve decision-making.
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading AI, data science, machine learning, or data platform teams.
• Track record of delivering data and AI initiatives that result in clear, measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, and ML/AI technologies.
• Experience operating within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in and work from the London office.
