What you will do

  • Process manual orders via phone and email, ensuring accurate and compliant handling within agreed KPIs.
  • Manage the billing process, analyze outstanding aging, and drive collections follow-up.
  • Resolve customer complaints and disputes related to billing, credits, and payments.
  • Monitor and resolve sales orders and sales interface issues, including IDOCs.
  • Support local O2C projects and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Provide team cover, train new members, and act as a subject matter expert for O2C customer service.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in O2C or Finance with exposure to customer service and process change.
  • Hands-on experience with the SAP O2C Module.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient English language skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a global team environment with internal and external partners.
  • Specific expertise in supporting billing, collections, or customer dispute resolution.
  • Experience contributing to operational compliance within an O2C environment.
