What you will do

• Own the growth strategy for a specific product, driving measurable expansion via the affiliate channel.
• Delegate and coordinate tasks for a team of affiliate marketing specialists across various countries and partner types.
• Optimize performance by analyzing daily metrics including CPA, Traffic, ROAS, and LTV.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, PPC, Influencers, and Content squads to transform trends into successful campaigns.
• Perform hands-on partner outreach and represent the company at industry events and partner calls.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing partnerships, active outreach, and sales.
• Ability to understand technical products and translate technical challenges into growth opportunities.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Amplitude, Tableau, or n8n for automation.
• Deep understanding of marketing channel operations and the spillover effect.
• Must be based in Europe.
