What you will do

• Perform revenue-related accounting during month-end and year-end closes, including posting and validating billings, fees, and conversions.
• Analyze, validate, and reconcile large datasets across systems; identify root causes of discrepancies and drive resolutions.
• Spot anomalies in AR and finance data, translate findings into insights and recommendations.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI tools and data solutions to streamline workflows.
• Review and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with payment providers and internal teams (Data, Payments, Billing) and support financial audits.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• At least 2 years in Finance or Accounting with understanding of accounting principles and revenue processes.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, large datasets).
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving, attention to detail, and end-to-end process understanding.
• Excellent Lithuanian and English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Proactive team player with ownership, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Tableau, NAV/Business Central, or financial audits.
• Prior experience improving processes, driving automation, or using AI tools.
