What you will do

• Design multi-client management tools including client accounts, permissions, team collaboration, and billing structures.
• Own the referral and partner experience for agencies bringing in clients and tracking rewards.
• Map and simplify complex workflows while preserving depth for professional users.
• Use AI tools to prototype faster and explore multiple directions.
• Conduct direct user research with agencies and freelancers.
• Collaborate closely with engineers on technically complex features.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience designing consumer-focused tech products.
• Generalist skills in UX research, interaction design, and visual craft.
• Daily use of AI tools for exploration, variants, or research synthesis.
• Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics for browser prototyping and engineer collaboration.
• Strong communication for presenting decisions and feedback.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude or Hotjar.
• Portfolio demonstrating real product work with process, thinking, and outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience designing B2B tools, dashboards, or professional workflows with advanced permissions.
