What you will do

• Develop secure, high-quality features and improvements for the hirify.global Elements Platform using Rust.
• Create standards-compliant, open-source software components for the decentralized community.
• Contribute to the architectural direction and design of complex, large-scale technical solutions.
• Identify and drive critical improvements in product quality, security, and system performance.
• Elevate engineering standards through mentorship and commitment to best practices.
• Collaborate with product, security, and engineering peers in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Requirements

• Strong backend development expertise with Rust as a core skill.
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js; experience with Dart is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in cloud computing (AWS) and cloud-native environments.
• Proven track record of developing distributed systems using modern design patterns.
• Experience applying asynchronous cryptography in production-grade products.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK.
