What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary squad (backend/frontend, QA, designers, PMs) to deliver production-ready software.
• Design and build scalable microservices using .NET and Azure.
• Drive technical direction, champion clean architecture, and improve overall engineering standards.
• Collaborate with React and Next.js frontend developers to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Partner with product managers and BAs to translate customer needs into clear technical plans.
• Mentor developers and remain hands-on with code to promote best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading software delivery within a microservice-based environment.
• Strong technical background in .NET and Azure, with deeper expertise in backend systems.
• Experience mentoring and guiding developers in a collaborative, agile setup.
• Product-focused mindset with an understanding of trade-offs between speed and scalability.
• Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
